Spring migration is one of the biggest events of the year for birds and birders alike. Learn about the birds that pass through Vermont on their way to nesting areas farther north, and about birds that come to the state to nest and raise their young. We’ll focus on colorful songbirds (including warblers, thrushes, vireos and flycatchers). This class is a good follow-up for people who took the fall or winter birding classes and will also interest new students. There will be four classroom sessions plus two weekend field trips.
*The weekend dates are TBD based on weather. Birding is great, especially when its not pouring rain!
