This popular hatha yoga class is for those with some yoga experience. Each session can vary from a slow-medium pace using pranayama (breathwork) and asanas (yoga poses) that explore healthy alignment. Come allow your body to naturally realign itself through breath and movement with no attachment to results! In each yoga class you will have ample opportunity to increase health and flexibility in both your body and your mind. Since you have some yoga experience, you can always modify postures depending on your mood and intention. Experience a heightened sense of well being & peace.

Please hydrate throughout the day, not just before class. Arrive 5-10 min early to get settled on your yoga mat and so we can start on time.

It is recommended that you come to class with an empty stomach; if you must eat something, have a piece of fruit, a small yogurt or tea.

- a yoga (sticky) mat and any props (thick blanket, yoga block, yoga strap) if you have them.

- Wear flexible, fitted clothing (e.g. you don't want your shirt flying up over your head when you do a forward bend)

- sweater or sweatshirt (for the beginning of class until we get warmed up and for the closing of class during relaxation)

- water bottle
