Learn why you want to include hearty salads for your health and have fun!
You will bring one prepped salad ingredient to the class and leave with 5 salads that will keep all week. You bring 5 quart sized jars with a lid.
Instructor provides 5 salad dressings and will demonstrate the layering technique that keeps your salad crisp until your Friday's lunch. Be the envy of your co-workers as you bring in 5 different salads 5 consecutive days.

    About Your Instructor:
    Liz Perkins, M.S., is a nutrition lecturer and an integrative nutritionist with a private practice in cancer coaching. Liz and her family eat the rainbow every day for health and energy and loves to eat food that tastes good and that looks good. Please join her in this fun, interactive class that puts you in the driver's seat and in control of your lunches (well, at least for one week).
