Participants should be able to move up and down from the mat easily. Seated, standing and balancing hatha yoga postures will be used to relax the body and allow the mind to settle. Pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation will be included.
Please do not eat 1.5 hrs before class. Come hydrated. Please arrive 10 minutes early so class can start on time. Bring your own yoga sticky mat. The practice is done barefoot. Yoga props will be provided. Participants with injury should bring a doctor's note stating they are ok to practice yoga.
