Gentle flow yoga moves at a slow to moderate pace, and allows the student the opportunity to relax and breath into each pose. Perfect for beginners or someone just getting back onto the mat. Modifications are offered to make this a safe and fun class for all abilities.
Comfortable clothing recommended and students will need to provide own mat.

Ellen has a wide array of experience in exercise and working with the aging population. After many years of teaching aquatic, and senior arthritis exercise, Ellen decided to further enhance her own knowledge to include a more spiritual component, and received her RYT-200 certificate through the UVM Yoga Teacher Training Program, under the guidance of John McConnell, in April 2013.
