Instructor: Jen Botzojorns

This fitness class will wake you up, get you sweating and ready to start your day. Participants should have had some experience with conditioning. The perfect class for the closet/former athlete who wants to get in better shape and feel more fit. Come wake up with Jen and get a workout in before most people have their first cup of coffee.
Jen will lead you through a cardio warm up, dynamic stretching, core work, and strength/conditioning.

Be sure to bring comfortable workout clothes, good socks and a water bottle.

Class Limit: 5

*If CESU closes school, the fitness class will be cancelled for the day.
