Do you ever feel like you are running in place when you should be running miles? Are you tight after a workout and do not know how to fix it? Are you worried that you are going to injure yourself if you keep working at your current pace? Do you think yoga is for sissies who do not work out? This class is for you! This class will help you increase flexibility, build your strength and make you a better athlete. Join us for a yoga class that will give you techniques on how to incorporate stretching into your workout and will help you stay injury free.

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, blanket, block, strap or other yoga props, if you have them. Wear flexible clothes that you will be able to stretch in.

    Instructor: Jessica Stolz-

    Jessica Stolz teaches yoga using a blend of different styles of yoga. She works towards helping her students discover inner strength using breath and movement. Jessica has trained at the University of Vermont. She has been a yoga student for over 15 years. She played college softball and has successfully completed over 20 half marathons in the past 3 years.
