Instructor: Lee Diamond

Lee Diamond currently teaches yoga at Balance Yoga in Richmond, VT and Hotel Vermont in Burlington. For the past two years, she taught a community yoga class at Richmond Free Library, accepting half of the class fee in donated food items for the local food shelf. Lee is also the event organizer for "Yoga On Church Street", a free annual community yoga event that raises awareness and donations for Prevent Child Abuse Vermont.

Lee was certified to teach through UVM's Yoga Teacher Training with John McConnell. Lee enjoys incorporating class themes and great music to help students flow and let go. She encourages the use of yoga props to ease yogis into more challenging postures, creating a free and easy way to de-stress at the end of each long day.
