balance, flexibility, self-esteem, increase your energy and reduce stress. Yoga helps you to connect to your body, mind and spirit and makes you feel good. Flow style yoga class unites breathing, movement and awareness to increase your physical and mental well-being.

INSTRUCTOR: Jean Campbell
Jean teaches Vinyasa Flow Yoga using a blend of different styles of yoga influenced by Shiva Rea, Kausthub Desikachar and Iyengar yoga. She works towards helping her students discover inner qualities of grace and strength by using breath and movement. Jean has trained at Kripalu Yoga Center and Omega Institute. She is a life-long yoga student herself and has taught yoga to kids, teens and adults for the past 12 years.
